The National Crime Company says they are seeing increases within the “scale and scope of the threat” from county traces.
County traces is where urban drug gangs develop their markets for crack cocaine and heroin into smaller towns.
They on occasion exploit younger other folks as drug runners and inclined addicts to produce flats to deal from – a course of called cuckooing.
