One of the key aspects of MetriQ® is the accuracy and range of the time data collected. And because each member of staff using the software has their own billing rate associated with individual Clients/Projects and Tasks (which can be  variable across different Client and Project Folders), MetriQ is able to show in real time just how much money is being spent on any given project, and compare this against fixed budget costs entered at the start of the Project’s life cycle. MetriQ is even able to forecast the end date of a project simply by knowing who is to work on that project in conjunction with an expected budget.

Reports
This short but concise video will show you how create a variety of Reports based on the time (and hence cost) data accrued by you and your staff. MetriQ provides over 150 different data fields that can be shown in any order, giving you an almost unlimited number of reporting permutations. MetriQ also provides you with over 60 different canned reporting formats as well as the ability to export into XML, HTML, Excel and other popular formats. Reports can be attached to emails and even viewed historically over a 5 year period taking into account staff, dates, icons and Client/Project task folders.

Reporting Presets

Charts
MetriQ comes with a variety of Charts, from Gantt to pie, histogram and bar charts, all designed to help you quickly create stunning visualizations of your time and cost data. All of MetriQ’s charts are rotatable in 3D, show data markers and can be operated upon using statistical functions embedded within our powerful charting engine.
