MetriQ® supports strategic programs and partnerships that help make our chosen communities better, stronger, and more vibrant places to live, work and do business. MetriQ's focus areas for giving and grant programs are designed to:

Increase MetriQ's impact within the community through ongoing support of more organisations.

Strengthen our role as a corporate partner by forging deeper, stronger, and richer partnership.

MetriQ is currently accepting grant proposals in the following communities:

  • Waiheke Island
  • Auckland Central
  • Whangarei

In addition to Youth Aid, MetriQ also supports the following areas:

Commitment to the Community
Not for profit organisations and programs located in MetriQ communities that address specific needs of the Community, with an emphasis on the following criteria:

  • Arts and cultural organisations with the mission or principal focus on the creation, promotion and exhibition of visual arts, multimedia or video (Whaiheke Island only)
  • Protecting the natural environment and improving public spaces for the enjoyment of the community (MetriQ hopes to have a zero carbon footprint by the end of 2009)
  • Improving access to electronic information for people with disabilities
